RUTH ENLOW LIBRARY GARDENS

The Library Gardens Committees coordinate the planting and maintenance of three gardens at the Ruth Enlow Library Branches of Garrett County in Accident (22 years), Oakland (29 years), and Grantsville (9 years).        ​

MLGC Co-Presidents Donna Miller (left) and Joan Mitchell (right) presenting Ruth Enlow Library Director Thomas Vose (center) with The Living Landscape: Designing for Beauty and Biodiversity in the Home Garden in honor of deceased charter and honorary member Ann Englander.  Ann was a founding member of MLGC, and an active fundraiser and generous meeting hostess. She also had ties to the library as a former employee and lifelong lover of reading.
